TAMPA, FL — The United States is home to more than 1,500 casinos – more than any other country on the planet. So, a panel of experts partnered with 10Best editors to select nominees for the best casinos outside of Las Vegas, and the top 10 USA Today winners were determined by popular vote.
Among those making the list at No. 7 was the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa.

The elevated space features opulent, modern textures and a futuristic feel. L Bar also includes a stage that is home to a regular, rotating roster of live music entertainment from Fridays to Sundays.
The upscale Council Oak Lounge offers U.S.D.A. prime steaks, fresh seafood, specialty dishes showcasing an open-kitchen, in-house butcher shop and dry-aging room outfitted with pink Himalayan salt walls, multi-level seating, and wine rooms highlighting the restaurant’s award-winning selection of more than 400 labels.
The Rez Grill offers elevated classic and comfort food favorites fired up from the kitchen’s Jade wood-burning grill including prime steaks, fresh seafood and the famous Rez Fried Chicken & Waffles.
A contemporary twist on Italian-American fare, Cipresso features a menu of time-honored classics based on Old-World traditions. Cipresso also highlights an extensive wine list with a focus on Italian varietals and the best Negroni in town.
The Pool Bar & Grill is an upbeat and casual hot spot located on the Pool Deck, offering stellar views and a fun atmosphere from the heart of the hotel’s three pools.
Hard Rock Cafe Tampa features classic American fare, authentic rock atmosphere and live music on an elevated stage.
A Miami-based brand, Aubi & Ramsa is an artisanal ice cream company for guests 21 and up made with top-quality ingredients and high-end liquors. If you’re an ice cream and booze lover, the menu features unique flavor combinations crafted with the finest alcoholic beverages and spirits.
The Rise Kitchen & Deli is Seminole Hard Rock Tampa’s casual and charming eatery for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a quick snack seven days a week. The diverse menu features classic and contemporary comfort food favorites.
Jubao Palace Noodle Bar offers authentic Asian cuisine through its fusion of Cantonese and Vietnamese flavors.
Constant Grind offers coffee and espresso specialty drinks, freshly made pastries and sandwiches, an assortment of velvety, house-made gelato and artisanal chocolates.
Nestled inside the Poker Room is the Poker Snack Bar. Choose from a variety of menu options complete with burgers, salads, sandwiches, light snacks and sweet treats.
Sugar Factory is a one-of-a-kind confectionary with its enticing floor-to-ceiling candy wall, monster burgers, rainbow sliders, specialty pizzas, decadent crepes, insane milkshakes and its signature desserts which includes a number of celebrity-endorsed Couture Pops.
The Food Court allows you to grab a shake and a burger at Shake N’ Burger, enjoy a slice of pizza and other Italian eats at Sirico’s and stir-fry dishes from the Asian Palace.
Two other eateries – Fresh Harvet Buffet and Rock ‘N Raw – are closed due to the coronavirus.
