Really the only option for clay chips is Atlantic Standard Molding. I forget their new brand name. They make very nice chips. They did the chips in Rounders and a few smaller casinos.
Matsui Gaming may still make custom chips if you place a large enough order. They make high quality plastic chips for casinos.
None of the other chip manufacturers do customs for consumers.
